Numen: Lagunacy - the ability to narrowly avoid death, bouncing back with full health and no sanity. This is an ability that can be enacted only once, but effectively gives the Awakened an extra regen without the actual process of dying. However, when the player revives from their 0 hp status, their mental faculties are greatly effected for the next half hour. This Numen is at will.

Physical Characteristics: a detached peninsula in the south eastern portion of UR with various islands and cays. Featuring oceans, springs, marshes, glades, and flat land.

Garb
Inhabitants roam the streets draped in resplendent garments, their attire mirroring the kaleidoscopic splendor of the landscape. Rich jewel tones dominate the scene, exuding elegance and sophistication. The residents of Laguna often don lightweight fabrics in the hot climate, with large brimmed and pointed hats. Clothing are often adorned with celestial, water, or art nouveau details, reflecting their love for the ocean and sky. They pair these ensembles with geta, curled-toe Moroccan mules, sandals, or sandaled boots, along with capes or capelets. Kurta are common in this realm and tops generally end anywhere from mid-thigh to ankle. Bottoms, if any are worn, tend to be breezy, and wide legged.
Architecture
A sunny peninsula graced with multicolored houses on stilts, rising from the turquoise depths of the ocean and springs. Inland is speckled with stucco structures with soft arches, carved wooden doors, and terra cotta tiled roofs. The interior of a typical Laguna home is designed to evoke a sense of serenity, with its light, airy spaces, and breathtaking views of the surrounding waters and nature. Inspired by the region's tropical climate, the interiors are tastefully furnished with detailed handcrafted wooden furniture, vibrant murals, and open-air courtyards which create a warm and welcoming environment. Often blending rattan, bamboo, and woven furniture with handcrafted leather, metal scrollwork, and captivating tile accents. The exterior of Lagunan homes display an inviting sense of feeling. Outside one might find pagodas with palm frond roofs and a myriad of plants in bright painted pots.
Culture
The streets and waterways of Laguna are filled with energy, hosting a variety of small businesses integrated into home settings. These tight-knit communities offer numerous amenities, such as local cafes and skilled professionals, all easily accessible on foot or by glide-up boat. Marinas provide extensive berthing facilities for ships. The youth of Laguna are encouraged to participate in activities such as boating and fishing, nurturing a strong connection with the realm's rich maritime heritage. Laguna's aesthetic is characterized by a striking array of colors, from the eye-catching stilt houses along the shoreline to the vivid clothing donned by the inhabitants, extending to the lush plant and beast life native to this tropical haven.

Points of Interest
Laguna is home to one of the two major universities of aether studies in UR. The Lyceum for Aether Enrichment et Excelsior can be centrally located at the heart of the realm in the capital Aratta.
